If you are caring for a loved one with special needs, then you are probably not caring for yourself as much as you could be. It can be difficult to focus on your own well-being, whether out of guilt, exhaustion, or simply lack of time.
In this workshop, we will explore self-care through restorative yoga, guided meditation, mindfulness, and journaling. You will leave with a sense of renewal, as well as with relaxation and mindfulness techniques that you can easily add into your everyday life.
No yoga experience necessary.

Raise your Vibration

with Stephanie MoDavis

Join Stephanie as she translates the message of the ascensionary process or kundalini awakening as per her personal experience.  This workshop will begin with a heart centered activation meditation and will be followed by discussion in regards to what to do if you should find yourself in the middle of a "spiritual awakening". The symptoms can be overwhelming and uncomfortable in the beginning but educating and empowering yourself is all it takes to step out of the matrix into the manifested life you've always dreamed of. We will also discuss ways to prepare for this journey and what to incorporate into your lifestyle and what to eliminate. We are the wayseers to lift love and light on the planet. The time is now.
